How to Make Healthy Overnight Oats

How to Make Healthy Overnight Oats

Are mornings chaotic at your house? If you need something to grab and go, why not try these delicious, but nutrition-packed overnight oats? You can make overnight oats in the evening and then just grab them out of the refrigerator in the morning. Plus, this recipe is kid (and bear!) approved.

Nourishing ingredients headline this version of healthy overnight oats, powering you with the fuel you need for a busy day. For example, hemp seeds are full of heart-healthy fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6. Not only that, but the nut butter or protein powder and oats will give you a serious energy boost. We might be a little biased, but our favourite ingredients are bee pollen and raw honey. In all seriousness, bee pollen is a superfood containing proteins, antioxidants, and vitamins! And raw honey also offers a wide array of health benefits such as boosting your immune system and serving as a digestive aid.
