If honey is not one of the most-used products on your pantry shelf (or not in your pantry at all!), you are at the right place. We are here to show you how easy (and worth it!) it is to convert from honey to sugar in your baking. Simply follow the chart below. It details which ingredients might need to be added to make the recipe less liquid-y, or by how much you should reduce the oven temperature.

Note: Substitute the measurement for sugar with the measurement for honey. (Ex. 1 tbsp sugar = 2 tsp honey). You should be able to successfully bake your goodies without needing any amount of sugar.
