 Brownie Truffles

Brownie Ingredients

2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
5 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup Paradis Valley Honey
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1⁄4 tsp salt

 

Chocolate Coating Ingredients

2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp. olive oil

 

Brownie Truffles

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. In a small saucepan, melt the 2/3 cup chocolate chips. Set aside. Whisk together honey and eggs. Add the melted chocolates and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and fold into mixture. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20-24 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate coating ingredients together in a saucepan.

Once the brownies have cooled, chop them into small pieces and roll into 1 inch balls. Coat in melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt or desired sprinkles. Place in freezer to set.

These brownie truffles are easy to make but do require some patience as you wait for them to cool and set. However, the wait is well worth it when you bite into one of these mouthwatering treats.
