We've been busy bees over here at Paradis Valley Honey and there's a very good reason why! 🐝🐝🐝WHAT IS THE GROWTH CATALYST?
The Growth Catalyst program is built from proven methodologies and approaches that result in impactful growth strategies. Value is achieved by educating and coaching a cross-functional company team using practical tools in an accelerated and disciplined way. The program is built for experienced entrepreneurs, business owners, and direct leadership teams who are operating successful companies that have succeeded through the initial start-up phase and have launched or gained traction with a product or service.
WHY DID WE PARTICIPATE?
Because even as a multi-generational business, there's always room for improvement, innovation, and evolution! We applied, crossed our fingers, and found out we were accepted! Our leadership team was committed to scaling the business to focus on key initiatives we knew would help us grow and sustain the business for years to come.
Fundraising has always been top of mind, but we realized we had to elevate our experience for customers, do a better job of formulating our message and create a simple digital platform for schools and organizations to participate.
We were also ready to take our business to the next level and learn more about our potential for growth and how we could achieve it. Gaining further insight into our value proposition, mission, vision, purpose, customers, along with the creative and innovative opportunities that became available to us.
OTHER NEWS: We also had the opportunity to work with passionate Mount Royal marketing students; 3 teams of participants pitched to us competitively for their year end project. Each team presented us with substantial brand & customer engagement improvement strategies; their creative ideas helped us to re-frame parts of our brand identity and customer experience. We are extremely excited to be adding 2 interns from this experience to our team for the season ahead. Our team is growing and with it our positive impact continues to expand!
