All Good Things Take Time
In 2018, I sat at our kitchen table and had an inspiring vision. In that moment our fundraisers were born! 🙇🏻♀💡
Like all new borns; this idea was full of potential but far from being fully developed. The vision would require years of patience (thanks Danny :), nurturing, along with consistent time and effort. 🍼 🍼 🍼
Some growth periods emerged; followed by seasons of intense hibernation (insert covid).... I began to wonder if the vision was dead or simply in a deep slumber.....😴 we continued to watch closely for signs of life and finally there was some movement an indication of fresh emerging ahead.
It's finally time for us to share a BIG update on the re-awakened vision!!

In the beginning our fundraisers were more or less consistent with other existing fundraisers; order forms, word of mouth, cash handling and so on 🚫 What we quickly realized about this "old fashioned" way of fundraising was how taxing the process was for organizers and participants. Volunteers and busy mama's were burning out everywhere; it was time to create a major shift!
After five years, countless hours of learning, listening, development and fine tuning we are proud to announce that we have succeeded at quite literally changing the world of fundraising!!! It turns out... all good things take time.
